does anyone have a recommended stretch cord with authentic quality?

Linda Muir says:

Hopefully, you will answer my question. Will the essential oils from the lava beads stain clothing when where a bracelet or necklace? Love all your videos.

Petra Cabañas says:

I use essential oils, can I use the ones that i have?

kekacm says:

a little tip is to use a very fine sandpaper..maybe 2000 grit or so, to gently remove a thin layer of sealant that covers most of lava beads ( and make them water proof ), otherwise it will not absorb the oil properly. You can use the tip of your fingers to rub the oil drop around the bead as well and let it dry before wearing it.

Petra Cabañas says:

I will love roses oil

thank u!!! xo

This is a cute bracelet. HOWEVER – As with all essential oils, it is imperative that you keep them away from pets until you verify that they are safe for that particular animal. We have seen an enormous influx of cats, dogs, and birds that were exposed to essential oils that their systems cannot handle. Several have died, and many more are sickened and in terrible pain. *DO NOT PET YOUR ANIMAL WHILE WEARING THE BRACELET.* Snopes has an article that covers the basics of why it’s a problem, and then the ASPCA website and poison control app have a list of plants and herbs that are toxic for pets. Always check that list, keeping in mind that these oils are a megadose of these compounds. Always wash your hands and arm after handling essential oils and wearing the bracelet before coming into contact with your pet.

It should also be noted that humans can have severe allergic reactions to some of these oils, so don’t wear it on your right wrist if you’re going to be shaking hands, or will be in close proximity to others (concerts, long lines, meetings, etc.), especially children and the elderly.

This is a serious issue. Please do not ignore these warnings. Store all essential oils where pets and children cannot get to them. Happy beading!
