How is the ring holding up? I’m about to buy one soon but I read a bunch of bad reviews on yelp complaining about the stone falling out and bad customer service. Would appreciate if you can reply to this comment. Thanks!
Just got ring from James Allen, VERY DISAPPOINTED with their band, looks NOTHING like the work online. Looks like a blowtorch to the details. Talked with them over 30mins and they opening admit what they are displaying isn’t what the final product will be… and “doubt their factory will be able to achieve what is displayed online.” Forced to return.

Getting same ring but .70 carat. Do you think the .7 carat will look too small? 1 carat was a bit out of budget sadly haha
