So excited you filmed this!!! I have been watching your jewelry collection video from the past few months now. I have such a lust for pretty precious jewelry and I just can’t seem to help it!!!
I’d like to ask for your opinion as you have so much experience and knowledge on jewelry. 🙂 I really like the Van Cleef & Arpels vintage Alhambra collection but they are very expensive. Do you think it’s worth it? (Like am I paying for good quality or mostly just the name?) Thank you!
Jewelry is my favorite, too!! I cannot wear costume jewelry. It just bothers me to wear costume, even tho I have seen lovely pieces on other women.
The 1st video that I watched of you was the jewelry collection video back in May 2015. My husband & I enjoy watching your videos. It is wonderful to see a young woman who is intelligent, poised & successful in business but also finds joy in her personal life. As a secretary in Manhattan back in 1968, you couldn’t wear pants to the office. I would wear dresses or skirts w/blouses & stockings. It was in the early 1970s when companies allowed us to wear pantsuits. So when I see your work outfits, I say “thank goodness, someone has the good sense to know how to dress properly for the corporate world”. I loved jewelry since I was little. I still have the jewelry that I bought for those special accomplishments in my life. Now I wear good costume jewelry most of the time as my lifestyle is casual at age 67. Was an antiques dealer for 15 yrs & sold vintage jewelry from the 50s, 60s & 70s like Trifari, Coro, Goldette & china, glass, etc. (Vintage is 50 yrs & older, antiques – 100 yrs.) Also, I am wondering why the “luxury YTs” who show their Cartier, Hermes, etc jewelry do not invest in Mikimoto. Any thoughts? When you have Tahitian pearls in your line, I will definitely be buying from you. As a Pisces, I love pearls & have many pearl pieces including Mikimoto. Elle, you are an inspiration to all who watch you. A kiss to your Mother for raising a fine woman like you. Be well, be happy, enjoy Life! Ciao, Barbara, NYC xoxo
Lovely video thank you for sharing ❤️
LOVE YOUR CHANNEL
From your experience at the Waikiki Tiffany’s location, do they do free silver cleanings? I heard that the Ala Moana location charges.
Ok who watched this video twice just to see how cute the kitty is again?
The lariat necklace would be so cute as a choker!
What happen to the azure pearls ?
thank you for reminding me that i need to take my Tiffany pieces in to be cleaned!
Tu as une très belle collection! Tu es chanceuse d’avoir de beaux bijoux de ta mère et de ta grand-mère…
The closing shot was so cute and perfect lol ❤❤❤
Love Bianca the Chicest cat on the Block! Can you recommend the size Tiffany ball studs for someone of a similar build to you please.
Beautiful collection and memories.
Is this your Bombay Company jewelry box? https://www.bombay.ca/product/emilia-jewellery-box/
Girl, I feel you. I think the real stuff will be better to have in the long run. Costume jewelry has not lasted me either. They either broke, got discoloured, or scratched up. Invest and you’ll save in the long run 🙂
Your jewelry collection is gorgeous! I’m also an avid jewelry collector, so for me, this video was right up my alley. I’m obsessed with David Yurman, and recently got my first piece and I’m amazed at the quality. I also really like Monica Vinader, which I would recommend to anyone who has yet to have one of her pieces, amazing quality as well. In the near future I plan to add some of your jewelry to my collection. I really like the Dove Grey Pearl and Leather Lariat, although it’s going to be hard to pick, since I have a few that are my favorites, they’re all beautiful though. I really enjoyed this video, and hope you continue to have more like it in the future. <3
Hi! What type of material are you buying suits and elegant work pants? Are you buying made of wool? If so, what is the best wool?
Just saw your first video on your jewelry, love this one!!
The larger garnet ring definitely looks Victorian and probably is considering it was your grandmothers. Its what I think they call’Bohemian Garnet’ and could date from the 1880s although the style really as done for quite some time…also quite popular in the 1920s if I am not mistaken and the 60s and 70s.
love your jumper xxx
I adored your video, it was really inspiring for my wish list 😉 Especially your pearl ring! Will you be making one of your own soon? And are you not afraid you are stretching out the strings of your pearl necklaces when they are hanging? Lots of love <3
Love your collection as always. I love that your collection has pieces that are not essentially fashionable at the moment but has some memories attached to them. Most of my collection are actually reminders of some milestones in my life. The trends are gone but I can never part with them. Thanks for sharing.
You are killing me with all the pretties. That Tiffany’s ball necklace and bracelet have been on my Christmas list for years. I currently have a vintage Taxco set, but one day…
